If you guys watch the YouTube footage of training released today, at about 2minutes 30 seconds in there's a clip of mason greenwood absolutely turning Darmian inside out. Thought I'd share incase anyone is interested in seeing how the young guys are getting on with the seniors.

FZZ look at the quick feet that creates the space and room for the pass and leaves Darmian off balanced whilst bringing it away from the covering player. It’s not much to go off if you haven’t seen much of the lad, but he’s 16 and the confidence in such a small clip is refreshing.

I mentioned Greenwood a few months ago, interesting player who, I believe can take corners and penalties with both feet. Very young and hope he like others can take the next step up, need confidence but not too much!

I see yesterday that Digne may be available for around the 18 mil mark. Surely an upgrade on what we currently have at lb and a cheap solution allowing us to spend elsewhere. thoughts.

Young is past his best although he has had a good season. Shaw I was full of hope that he could turn out to be one of the best but he has let us down and all the managers cannot be wrong about his poor attitude. Digne is still a very good lb and at only 24 has plenty of time to improve and in today's market 18 mil is a snip and will allow us to use more funds on other areas such as rb and rw.
