Predictions for tomorrow.
A couple of early Pool bookings for heavy tackles on Evra, Evra I think is gonna be a target and he will need to keep his cool. Pool are gonna try for free kicks around the area, I think its the only way they will score.
Final result 2-0 to United, Welbeck the first scorer then Hernandez off the bench.

After all this talk of Ravel's twitter, I decided I'd check it out. To my surprise, he's shot down the idea of him moving away every time that it's been said, where are people getting these ideas? If you haven't read his tweets, I suggest you do (it's a bit hard). After that, I'm fairly positive that he's going nowhere.

Well, i will tell you this. Man Utd will beat Liverpool tomorrow. Liverpool will be running on empty after their epic efforts against Citeh on Wednesday. Just look what Liverpool have compared to Man Utds riches. Two players when chronic knee conditions that can barely play 2 matches in a row (bellamy & Maxi). A completely out of form striker who couldn't score furniture. A midfielder who makes Scholes look like a good tackler (Adam). Another midfielder (Gerrard) who you guys have been telling us for years is past his sell by date. Man Utd will be well able to cope with a few injuries, although, no doubt they will all make miraculous recoveries by tomorrow. Whats there to worry about? Man Utd to win 3-0. All the Liverpool posters will tell you how i always get these predictions right.

Hi eds/guys whats up! Posting after a long time. I don't have a rumour and neither do i have a contact. But i want to share my plans for next season. Our looks something like this: DDG, Lindegaard, Kuszack, Amos, Rafael, Fabio, Smalling, Evans, Rio, Vidic, Evra, Fryers, Jones, Carrick, Cleverly, Fletcher, Anderson, Scholes, Giggs, Pogba, Morrison, Park, Toni, Nani, Young, Rooney, Welbeck, Hernandez, Berbatov, Owen, Diouf, De Laet nd others. Among them these guys will perhaps have been sold or retired b4 end of 31 August 2012: Kuszack-1m(in£), Evans (mayn't in real but i want this to happen)-5m, De Laet-1 to 2m, Anderson (unreal but i want to see him go)- 8mto10m, Park-8to10m, Berba-10to15m, Diouf- 2m, Kiko- 1to2m.! I wud love to see one of Nani n Young go and one of fletch n carrick go. So they'll fund 30to40m. Giggs nd Scholes to retire and Rio to feature less. It means funds from sale (out)=66m to 87m. Or maybe just 36m. Now we can't just sell players n not bring replacement. So bring in Dede or a Young Cb-for max 10m. A fb sud b bought depending on twins n Evra's performance so mayb Azpilicueta or Isla for max15m. CM needs reinforcements. Bring in 1 of M'vila or Martinez or an experienced guy for max30m. Mayb another CM like McCarthy or Strootman (but only if funds r there) for max15m. If not give Pogba nd Morrison more chances (which sounds gud). We sud buy Shaqiri for max18m. Buy one of Gotze or Hazard for max 35m. A striker is also needed. I wud want Higuain for max 25m or Huntelaar for max20m. So the total spending to buy players will be maximum 148m. So the net spent will be around 61m (considering 87m on sales). Hence, my 1st choice starting 11 wud be(4-2-3-1 setup): ---------------DDG--------------- --Azpi---Smalling---Vidic--Evra-- -------Martinez---Cleverly------- ---Goetze----Rooney----Shaqiri--- -------------Higuain------------- Subs: Lindegaard, Jones, Fryers/ Rafael/ Fabio, Strootman/ Fletcher, Toni/ Young, Welbeck/ Young, Hernandez. (Some players on bench wud also start many games.) I think this team wud win us manz trophies. I think Pogba, Morrison and Welbeck will sign new and long term contracts. Also Fergie will retire in about 2yr time. I think either Guardiola or Mourinho will replace him...................MAN UTD

ED do you think anyone of stature will be bought in this transfer window? {Ed007's Note - Well Hulk Hogan was on Loose Women the other day, so he is in the country.}

To all those Scousers trying to mock Berba here is a little up-to-date information for you all.
A strikers job is to score goals.
Berba has 8 so far this season in 16(7) games. Bellamy/Suarez have 8 goals each in 22(11)/21(1) respectively.
If Berba is such a bad player then i feel sorry for the quality of your sides attack.

I just thought I’d come on here and do a bit of gloating, now that we are the best team in the country. Well it stands to reason doesn’t it? We are at Wembley after all. You all must be so jealous. We really are on the up. Then the final, well we are up against a very poor side of distinctly average has beens and rejects. So there it is, we must be the best side in the country. What a shame that Swansea are above us in the league!!!!

Does anyone know how much we have to spend in the summer? A rough figure? It'd be interesting to know because then we can certainly rule out certain players if its going to be a small budget.

I see a maxium of 3 players coming in to be honest with the main signing being a striker. Cleverly, Anderson and Cleverly, even Jones have the faith of SAF in the midfield, Giggs will stay. So he see's no need to get a man in there i think. I hope i'm wrong and we go for a Modric or something, but its doubtful.

I don't know whether Modric would be good for us, would he compliment Cleverly or be left wanting defensively? Someone has to sit, and both players like to go forward. I can see a winger come in, maybe its Gaitain i don't know. I can see it because we historically have one man who runs the show in midfield (Scholes) - thats going to be passed onto Cleverly, One who battles (Keane) - so it could be Rodwell if he came in, but if we just look within our own team it could be any number of players.

The wings are our danger area, that is SAF's way. Valenica supplies tonnes, Young and Nani are capable to as is Park. Maybe a winger who is good centrally also will come in, Gaitan would fit our transfer policy of signing reasonalbly versatile players.

Kia Jorchabin says Tevez is not being paid. Is that right ? {Ed002's Note - I understand that he is not earning anything, but Manchester City are paying his wages but not bonuses. The wages are going in to an account they have opened and the player should be aware of this. This was done to avoid any potential legal complications if a move can be agreed.}

I think Moon has just learnt the meaning of Catch 22.

He says if United beat Liverpool it will show how crap
we are because you have a weakened squad and still won AND if Liverpool beat the United it will only be because you have a weakened squad !

Did Mr Ferguson invent this for you?

Being new to the site, hopefully some of the regular posters can help me. Who is this tit Blair Mayne.....? I'm guessing from his YNWA dribble that he's a Liverpool fan? If you could also explain some of his rants, it's just I don't watch much mid-table football and I'm a bit lost.

Gaz44

Ps. Isn't there a Liverpool page where he could peddle this sh*te, or maybe he's already outstayed his welcome there too!

Might as well write this on here as there's more Liverpool fans on our site. We all know you would rather win tomorrow than at Wembley in the CC Final. Why do you raise your game twice a season may I ask?

Does anyone think that with Nani supposedly injured, United will play with Welbeck out on the left, and Hernandez up top? Given Valencia's form, that could be a dynamic offense to take to Anfield.

If your to believe the papers today it seems that Rooney could be struggling for tomorrow?! I hope this isn't the case, however I wouldn't mind seeing a Welbeck/Hernandez partnership! Bit of a big man, little man partnership!

the whole we have no money hence there's no value thing is getting tiring. We spent fifty million in the summer. Selling oberton, john and wes only got ten million back. If we had no money we wouldn't have paid eighteen million for a keeper. We'd have got a cheaper one like stekelenberg or friedel on a free. We probably wouldn't have bought jones and would have kept o'shea. We wouldn't have bought young. We just don't buy in january because the very top players do not move in january. Its no good signing potential and expecting them to play their best coming in in the summer so they can have preseason. And once again the top players do not move in january. Its all very well saying just make them an offer they can't refuse until you realise the best players play at top clubs who are fairly well off. I'm sure offering someone like madrid thirty million in january isn't going to convince them to sell a player halfway through a season when their chasing titles as well. We should only be looking at top class and top potential and neither ever really move in january. Leave signing average to the scouse.

Cardiff beat C.Palace to get to the final, Karl mate. Palace beat United, in the Quarter Final does this mean that United are on the way down?

Cheers

Blair Mayne YNWA JFT96
-----------------------
You have contradicted yourself here Blair. You have been harping on about Liverpool being on the way up after getting to the tin cup final. Yet, you mention that Palace beating United doesn't mean United are on the way down, so surely that means that just because Liverpool reached a final, doesn't necessarily mean they are on their way up. Liverpool have had about 600 false dawns in the past 20 years Blair, don't automatically assume that Liverpool are coming back to the top straight away. Cardiff fans are not making as much noise about reaching the final as you lot are which says enough really.
