Here's a thought, we could do with a LB a LW a CM a ST and possibly a SS/AM and there seems to be little effort being put into signing any of them or at least there seems to be(we don't know what happening behind the scenes), could this be because we don't need to buy these players as they're already here?

LB- Fryers, LW- Brady, CM- Pogba/Tunnicliffe, ST- W.Keane, SS/AM- Lingard/Petrucci.

Cus if we sign anyone to fill these positions then aren't they gonna block these young lads at least a little bit?

Just a thought.

"We will not play a 4-5-1 against Spurs." Sydney!
I think it will be 4-5-1 which turns into a 4-3-3 when you are attacking, he might play Shrek(if available) off Welbeck and get him to drop in. Just my opinion mate. Should be a good game.

Comolli has warned Liverpool fans not to expect any big signings in the summer, just a couple tweaks here and there. Looks like Liverpool fans are stuck with Kenny's signings for some time ;)

Tricky game for you this weekend, I think you will win 2-1 myself, I think with the injuries they apparently have you will shade it. Whoever are playing on the wings for you will have to have really good games IMO. Whoever is LM needs to watch Walker(if available) as he could cause Evra a lot of problems and needs to help if Lennon is playing. Also your RM needs to attack Assou Ekotto as he is a poor to average defender, that's why Valencia will be a big miss for you. I think Fergie will go 5 in midfield and keep it tight, hitting on the counter. See lads I'm not always slagging you off. ;-)

Just to prove how good Scholes is with a ball at his feet and his awareness, he gets tackled once every 95mins on average this season.

Don't know why everyone is so arsed about who Spurs have injured, end of the day we should be beating teams like that even if they have a full strength team.

It's funny the amount of people or the club itself say they won't allow any players to take the club for ransom such as pogba or ravel, yet a 31 year player who sits on the bench and earns 100k is gettin his contract renewed because of fear he might leave for free in the summer. It is ridiculous, if the player signs the contract than he is happy with sitting on the bench and suckin the club dry, and what then try sell him in 2013 january window when he's older less valuable and if he isn't sold renew his contract again? The likes of pogba and ravel are more concerned about playing time rather than money. When i herd this new of berbatov resigning i felt a sense of hypocricy from our club, hopefully pogba signs.

Terrence, You can make as many excuses for Gerrard as you want, but you know as well as us that he wasn't tired, he was sh!t and has been for a couple of years now. What has he done since his comeback? Naff all and he couldn't even break down a Championship side over two hours. Big problems for Liverpool this summer, having to replace a woeful over the hill Gerrard, a keeper that wants Champs Lg football and a striker who is the lowest of the low. So just about most of your best players. I would worry about your own team because the rubbish that Dalglish bought in the summer will not win you a title, not in a million years. Sweet dreams.
