One day in the distant future I will sit by a roaring fire and wield fairy tales for my Grandchildren about the legend of 'The Crimsons'; A wealth of warriors. Sculpted, tasked and guided by a General amongst generals. United!

I will speak of failure and triumph. Tragedy that broke all but hope. Hope that borne an unbreakable willingness to rise from the ashes and never allow for envious eyes and detracting tongues to make light of the darkness in which they were conceived.

Conception of impossible dreams. The birth of Miracles.

I will laugh of silly men and women (myself included) who spent their time on forums; judging the worth of a warrior and the tactics of the General even in times of great success.

And laugh we all should.

Grave pessimism, incessant worry and just a serious head on cold shoulders does not inherently make you a fan.
And that's a fact!

I've been on this site for quite sometime now and I really enjoy reading the banter on here but one person I appreciate the most is KLOOT. I'm a big fan of him and the way he makes each and everyone comment on each of his posts is his strong point. He simply doesn't answer your posts however much you try by demeaning him in your posts. Actually he doesn't respond to you guys in his own original posts. He is the Clint Eastwood+John Wayne of this site. An absolute legend.
zaq

Believable5 Unbelievable29

You were at a friends house and decided to post eh? 'zaq' *cough* KLOOT *cough* {Ed002's Note - Actually the post was sent from about 5,702 miles away from Kloot's usual hot spot.}

Oh my God.

GDS {Ed002's Note - THey are decent posts, but a God? Probably not.}

Zaq would you like a tissue to wipe the sh!t off the end of your nose?

You evidently don't fully graps the english language so perhaps you don't understand the complete incapacity of RFT to form a sentence which holds any merit

Agree3 Disagree0

KLOOT wouldn't approve of this endorsement, you are clearly not within 1/4 mile of OT.

Agree5 Disagree0

If it is a choice between the truth and legend always print the legend. I AM KLOOT

Mick

I think kloot tells it how it is that's why he's not in the groovey gang an honest unbiased opinion

This is definitely the best post of the year so far. classic!

The irony of a "fan" who KLOOT would vehmently detest (given half an opportunity) giving such a glowing eulogy.

Phil jones will be available for the everton game. . Fergie not happy that the FA gave the info of his illness to the press. Got me thinking fergie was not happy when jones was dropped from the senior team an put wit the U21s then jones falls ill an can't play for them but now he is fine. . Fergie pullin a fast one me thinks.

CAIN

Believable6 Unbelievable0

It's more of a case of SAF not wanting Everton to know if he will be playing or not. If Jones is fit he will be playing in the midfield. It's tactical and Moyes will now know that Jones is unlikely to play regardless of what SAF has said.

Sydney!

Agree3 Disagree0

I was thinking the same lol. Also Jones is nice and fresh now for the Everton game.

No just a quick recovery, lol. Luckily, Carrick has had a speedy recovery too! Perhaps our medical staff have just upped their game? ;)

Gav

Im glad he is fit. He will play in midfield in the bernebau, in a similar system to the one we played at spurs imho.

So Jamie carrigher (spelling) could go to sky as a pundit. Great another bias opinion on a panel full of persons. Can see it now him redknapp le tisseir an more hating every game we win revelling in every game we lose talkin absolute bobbins. I would love to smack the taste out of redknapp (sick note), s mouth not for his hate of us but his over all demeanour when our club is mentioned he spent most of his career in our shadows an as a pundit can do nothin more than try degrade us it's sickening. On a positive note young is training again I know he gets a lot of stick but for me he is our most consistent winger at the moment injurys in all. Now got tru a whole post wit out mentioning jack bloody wilshire you guys should give it a try. Ps can never see him wearing our shirt but I do con-seed he is an amazing talant an will be one of the greats.

I have to be honest I've been impressed with Carra as a pundit whenever I've seen him. Whether he will be biased or not is another matter (I'll reserve judgement for now) but he does seem to make some valid points in his analysis rather than just trotting out the same old cliches like the MOTD pundits.

Gav

Agree4 Disagree0

Am a Liverpool fan and I hated Neville and we all thought Neville was going to be bias, however to be fair Neville is a good pundit and am sure Carragher will be.

So the FA have agreed a very watered down set of financial rules that don't seem to achieve much. As the figures they have set over a three year period will not affect many clubs especially with the next TV contracts due. What I do find interesting is that the clubs who want tighter restrictions are the clubs who are owned by Americans who don't want to put money into clubs they have bought them to take money out. And they are targeting clubs where the owner is putting money into the club and surrounding area. I AM KLOOT

Believable8 Unbelievable6

Yet again I AM KLOOT turns the story around to have a pop at the glazers. The new regs are in place to stop clubs going into melt down i. e. Portsmouth. As we all now Utd are one of the healthiest run clubs in the premiership I. e. wage % v turnover and that with the club debt decreasing, and before you go ranting on that the American owners bought this on us, yes I agree but we have challenged if not won every season since they took over, the money is there but fergie has always been tight fisted only splashing out when he feels like it.
RED TONKA

Agree6 Disagree3

Not really sure there was much of a point to that post kloot? Very much on the fence? Does that mean if you don't have a typical negative attitude towards it that you actually think it might be quite a good thing for our beloved united?

Bearing in mind we don't have to change anything to comply and our three biggest rivals (city, Chelsea, Liverpool) do does that mean its actually pretty good for us?

GDS

Agree8 Disagree2

KLOOT - whenever anyone comes on here saying we should buy loads of players like City do, you tell them to s*d off and go support them.

Yet you come on saying you love their owners.

Very confusing.

|Luke Chadwick's Teeth|

Agree5 Disagree2

Owners are allowed to plough as much as they want into the surrounding area. Those figures are excluded from the FFP calculations. The issue 99. 9% of clubs have (not just American owned clubs) is they are fed up with rich owners buying players which the club cannot afford and the rich owners bankrolling the losses.

Sydney!

Agree4 Disagree0

You kind of contradicted yourself there mate, it's a bad thing that the rules aren't tighter yet it's also a bad thing that some owner's wanted them to be tighter?

Can't win with you sometimes! But hey, at least you managed to have a go at our owner's (for a change!)

Something of nothing IMO.

Hi guys and gals its been a while since my last post but been a regular reader.

Firstly I think it is stupid to think we can compare Wilshere and cleverly, it like what we did with kagawa and park. Just because they are both young and English dose not mean they are the same type of player.
In the England game on Wednesday jack was given the licence to play in a more advanced position because he had clevs and Gerrard behind him to do the dirty but essential work. Clevs broke up Brazil's play, kept the ball moving, received the ball from the defence and in doing that was able to start England moving. When the ball got to jack he was already well into the Brazil's half so was able to be more affective.
I agree that jack Wilshere is a great talent and he will grab the headlines as he will be the one affecting the game in the final third however every team needs a cleverly type player, someone who will keep the ball moving and always be ready to receive a pass anywhere on the pitch. They both gave England a really nice balance and I am looking forward to see future England games.

REDP

Believable12 Unbelievable1

Completely agree. It's no coincidence that Carrick has been one of our best performers this season and Anderson has looked better and now Wilshere putting in a motm performance, all alongside Cleverly. He will be a valuable member of the squad for a fair few years to come.

In the summer, if we could snatch one of Wilshere, Oscar, Fabregas or Modric, it will be perfect. and perhaps Bale.

Believable2 Unbelievable5

Why would Oscar and Wilshere leave their respective clubs? Fabregas doesn't have many seasons left in him, we need a long term midfielder who hasn't quite reached their prime yet. Modric had his chance and he chose the big money, would not want him at the club. Much more realistic names are Strootman, Lars Bender, Herrera or Eriksen. Bale would be fantastic in a United shirt, but the fact is Spurs would want a crazy amount of money for him! IMO he isn't worth anything more than 25 million, but they'd be asking for closer, if not more than, 40 million.

Andy!

Agree6 Disagree3

Not that I think we should, or can, sign Fabregas, but since when does a 25 year old not have many seasons left? Now I know poor Cesc isn't the main man at Barca, like he was at Arsenal, but he plays regularly in one of the best teams on the planet. I don't know what the club was thinking bidding for Modric, at 27 I'm not sure how he summons the energy to get out of bed in the morning, let alone run around a football pitch.

Danny Pughnited

Agree5 Disagree0

Fabregas is only 25 why wouldn't he have many seasons left in him?
johndenton

Agree5 Disagree0

Would be estatic with James McCarthy and Luke Shaw in the summer. Highly unlikely but offer Spurs 20million and Nani for Bale to top it off.

Agree2 Disagree3

I think spurs have shown over the last few years that they are a fairly ambitious club, Bale is their best player by far! why would they want to sell? In my opinion the only way he leaves is for ridiculous money and I think they'd laugh in your face if you offered them Nani and 20million. correct me if I'm wrong but his contract runs out in just over a year? I can't see him staying in the premier league unless he runs down his contract and goes for nothing! I would bite your hand off for 15 million

Agree0 Disagree0

Pretty much all of them are unavailable. so

ED002 what are these new premier league spending controls all about? Will this mean Man City & Chelsea cannot go and spend £70 80 mill in the summer? without selling some people first? {Ed002's Note - No it doesn't mean that.}

"He will never be as good as scholes, end of. "

End of? He's only 21 years old, lol. I wouldn't say you've proved anything with that comment. But as you say, perhaps we should go back to the United based posts.
