Lampard will take over next season if he gets Derby promoted. I am sure they will follow the United lead for some positivity.

When you allow the players to determine who they play for and who they don’t there is always potential for anarchy.

Lol jred. Both red mans and your own are true.
But that's he culture that Chelsea have created Red man and I think it's too far gone now to be reversed in the modern game.

I’m not undermining the role of any manager by what I’m about to say, if anything it’s quite the opposite. Tactics is obviously vital in football, but ultimately what makes a good manager is the way he manages players and staff.
You could be the greatest tactician but if you have zero rapport with the players it’s just not going to work. What Ole has done is taken clearly talented players to play to the fullest potential, to make everything optimistic but most importantly he’s taken the modern football ego, the ego so on display during Jose’s rein and made them (dare I say it ) almost humble hardworking footballers who now seem happy and grafters more interested in the team than themselves.
I don’t believe anyone thinks that OGS is the greatest manager to grace this earth, he’s a down to earth guy, loves the club and has installed that man united mentality.
I’m astonished by how well he’s done. I watched the game earlier and although there is always room for improvement, I just couldn’t believe how much talent we actually have on the pitch . I don’t think I’ve appreciated the quality of players we’ve had for a very long time.
I’m not going to single out names, but every single player is a better version of themselves since Ole took the reins. I personally think that whether he stays or goes, he has become the much needed bridge between Alex Ferguson and our future. Absolutely delighted to feel like our club again.

Saw G. Neville interview Ole before the match over the weekend and asked what the secret was over the last 6 weeks to transforming Utd having us play such good football. Ole replied that there is no secret just
1. You have to enjoy yourself
2. You have to have good players who can express themselves.
After these 2 then come the tactical bits but play forward, run forward, be clinical in front of goal, no secrets just work hard and stay together as a team.
