Can't believe Pogba came out with the dream of Madrid comment at this very important time of our season. If he wants out, just get rid but tell him to shut it until the end of the season. This will go on now until the end of the Summer window and probably include DeGea too.

Apparently Madrid interest has gone (per Ed002). But we have been told many times Pogba wants out.

Real Madrid's interest moves elsewhere, so now Mino and Pogba react by batting their eyelashes to try and bring them back into the frame.
He doesn't want to be at the club, regardless of how good he is if a good offer comes in for him and he wants to go we should accept it and move on.

The sames goes for any player who doesn't want to be at the club, including DDG. If we are to challenge again we need players who want to be here, and will fight to be here.

Rio mentioned something the other day about United needing to sign players with the right DNA.

We need players with the right attitude as well as having the talent. If Pogba can do that then great, glad to have him. But if he can't have the right attitude and he wants to be elsewhere, then thanks for the last three years, wish you luck and off you go.

I am not bothered if Pogba stays or not as I find him extremely frustrating to watch.

Brilliant and a world beater in one game and then doesn’t turn up for the next 3.

No doubt about his talent and ability just a question mark over his application and desire in some games.

I know Ronaldo is a different type of player but his desire is unquestionable and is what sets him apart from the rest imo. Whichever team he plays for he just raises the whole team as he demands it from himself and others.

Look at the fall of Real Madrid since he left. Yes not all down to him leaving but that has had an effect. Then he joins Juve and takes them up a notch. No way they would of turned around a 2-0 deficit in the first leg against Athletico 12 months ago.

Pogba needs to have a similar effect in the teams he plays for in order to be truly great and make all the circus and side shows worth it.

Put Roy Keane’s playing brain in Pogba and you would have the best CM player ever seen. Alas this is not the case.

If he wants out then let him go and take the money.
We can re-build and bring in young players that we can mould into the Utd way.

Why are people so upset, he said Real Madrid would be A (not THE, but A) dream team for any player. From a sporting point of view, that is true. But he also said he's happy at United and the present atmosphere. Just thing it's been blown out of context as usual.

Shappy you hit the nail on the head, players should be grateful to he at the club.

Question
If it was Herrera that said RM is 'A' dream for any player would people be saying the same?
Absolutely not.

Some may see it as a nice thing, i personally see it as flash. The rings that Pogba got for the French world cup winning squad are just bling. Sums up Pogba for me.

That recent Zlatan comment on co92 regarding Utd makes perfect sense now, Riaola using his pawns to make moves.

Morning Ed,

Just curious as to whether interest remains in Dybala and whether Juve hold an interest in Sanchez?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - The interest from Dybala is from Inter Milan and an exchange involving Icardi has been proposed. No one is interested in Sanchez because of his wages.}

20 Mar 2019 09:36:40
His wages plus the fact he hasn't had a good game in 18 months to 2 years.

Griezmann would be a good option for us in RW position. He has more pace and relentlessly presses from the front.

{Ed002's Note - He doesn't play on the right wing.}

Since when did greasyman play RW?

He's more of a right tool than a right wing.

Griezmann on the Right side drifting in along with a front 3 with Martial and Rash would be good for counter attacks.
Although Griezmann prefers to operate on left or through middle.

We need to stop signing square pegs for round holes. Griezmann is a Woodward signing. Big name, poor attitude and not what we need player wise.

We need the right players for us to move forward and progress. A CB who can play out from the back. A RB who can cross and defend. A creative midfielder who can help retain the ball and offer a creative outlet. Then a RW who can stay wide, cross and create goal scoring chances.

It doesn't matter whether they have a big name or not, just that they have the right attitude and they do the job the team needs.
