Frustrating game in many ways, which could have been so different had Rashford scored as he should have done in the first 10 minutes. He did not have a great game and nor did Pereira who looked completely out of his depth against a very aggressive midfield. I really don't think he's good enough for United, or indeed the type of player who will do very well in the EPL.

In this new system Sanchez looks like he could contribute significantly. A forward line of Rashford, Martial and Sanchez seems like it ought to pay dividends.

Agreed, the interplay of Lukaku near the penalty box is not fluid as between Rash, Martial and Lingard.

I was sat in the East end at OT. We should have had another penalty.

To be honest I think Pereira didn't have his best game ever, but Jones throw him a brick, and then he got completely confused in the one-one defending.

I believe Pereira could be better but in an attacking position and no asan "herreras" replacement.

This is the first Ole´s game we start losing and that does not goes as planned, but the squad show commitment and desire. If Rashford scores that 10m goal the game would have been completely different with space and time for counters but rubbish happens. Let's focus on the next games and let's hope we have a great february.

i think it is better for Ole and the team to have lost the winning streak now and no in a game against PSG or Chelsea.

GGMU.

Fingers, toes, legs and eyes crossed. Nothing against them but no point them sitting around its best if we part ways. Thanks and good luck.

I'm a fan of fellaini, he has always done the job asked of him abd never complained. 100% each time.

He is, however, a perfect example of how the club lost its way in the transfer market post Fergie.

He never suited the style of football we want to see played at this club and he was the type of player that typified our transfer dealings over the last 6 years.

Good player but not a Good fit.

Best of luck to him.

Club lost its way in to the transfer market during Ferguson tenure. Plenty of examples. Don't even need to. mention the interesting deals with his son.

Darmian needs to move on for the good of his career. Hasn't worked out for him at United and it seems some of the too sides in Italy would like him so it works out for everyone.

As for Fellaini, I'm not his biggest fan but he is a good plan b and he certainly doesn't fit in with the style of play we have under Solskjaer but it seems strange to sell him at this point in the season. We are quite light in the centre of the park and after the first choice 3 and Fred, we are down to McTominay and Pereira. I'd love to see Pereira come good as he clearly has talent but in all honesty, I think he will also go in the summer. Then there is McTominay, who in the best case scenarion looks as though he needs at least another season before he can make a decent contribution. Unless someone is coming in which I doubt, I would keep him until the summer if we could.

The only other alternative would be another youth player or someone like Valencia who has played CM for Ecuador filling his spot which is again unlikely.

I will be delighted when he leaves personally. I don't like his style of play i don't think a united team should ever play in a style that suits his best attributes.
He comes across as a nice bloke and he never gave less than his best efforts. However i will see his departure as the beginning of a new era and the beginning of an end to a tough 6 seasons with him being an ever present for them all.
He should never have been bought complete naivety by woodward at the time.
I will wish him well when he leaves but ill be delighted to move forward without him in the squad.
