Fernando is stupid if he'd rather sit on cities bench than play reguarly if not every game for united.
1.) If that is the case we would be better off without him just another money motivated player

If it is true he is joining a pretty darn good team. The fact that he has let his contract run down tell you he is looking to also maximize his earning opportunity and there s a willing party by the looks of it hat will meet his pay demands, which happens to be a top european team as well.

can anyone shed any light on the whole vidal situation? are we going to make an offer this window?
{Ed004's Note - I haven't heard anything new on him recently. However, the way I see it. We were appalling tonight in midfield and had no creativity going forward. I think Moyes needs to go all out after signing Mata and purchase Vidal even if it costs an extra 10 or so million and we need a left back even if its a loan for Coentrao or a straight up 15-20 million signing. Moyes has nothing left to lose this season. He needs to push our back line up therefore player Smalling/Evans/Jones forget Vidic and Rio they are too slow. Have Rafael and new left back ideally Coentrao providing the width with Vidal and I don't even know what midfielder I would play with him they're all that bad ATM? Maybe fellaini, Fletcher or Jones so Vidal can bomb forward and let Mata, Rooney, Januzaj support RVP. Hopefully Rooney and RVP are back for next Tuesday near enough a whole week of training for them if not Rooney should be play Kagawa.}

I just wanted to post on Vidal.
I have a very good friend from Italy who is friendly with a lot of there footballers. I spoke with him this morning and he tells me that the word is, and this comes from the player himself that he will not be leaving Juventus in this window.
The team are more likely to sell Vucinic this window and then look that will be there selling done.
He may look for a transfer in the summer after the world cup but he won't be leaving in this window.
