The French FA have released Martial so he can fly to Manchester to sign for us.
Must admit I'd never heard of him, can anyone shed some light if they have seen him play, and what type of player is he.

Apparently has a great right foot and great acceleration. Has drawn comparisons with Henry.
I don't know much about him though, never seen him play just going off what I read.

He is fast, can play on the RW as well as striker, is good with both feet and is very composed in front of goal.
Held in high regard and viewed as the next Henry for France, we shall see how he copes with the step up in league quality though.

He's a great prospect for the future but not what we need now. LVG will likely ruin him. Just like he has Januzaj. LVG OUT.

Great potential,great age and very fast but my only issue is it seems a bit of a panic buy.
We've seemed to spend the whole summer haggling with teams about fee's for our main targets who have been established internationals, multi trophy decorated players that would have cost less then the fee being bounded round for this unproven talent.
I'm still hoping we add a imposing GK and an experienced cb as I can't be the only one that panics when the opposition attacks our half?

I don't see the point in buying players like depay and martial players with pace to burn and huge potential if you're not going to unleash them.
We should be attacking the space on the flanks instead of cutting back to keep possession it's so annoying. I've said it a 100 times we need to get shot of van gaal. We need a more attack minded coach.

Not a big fan of his ether but willing to wait and see. Give him 15 games as his philosophy is either right or utter sh. t given what we have spent to mold our team into.
The process thing will not wash for much longer and only a blind man will continue doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. We should not be struggling to create chances like we are.

Firstly I just want to say what a great site, I visit daily and love reading all the other fans and Edd's comments/ insights
I would really appreciate some more info about the different Edd's and possibly how they are so connected to the footballing world, not expecting a full bio with full names etc. but just abit of background, are the Edd's agents? PR to agents etc.
Fully understand if you can't give too much info out and sorry if you have been asked before but as a newish visitor I have always wondered where the Edd's get there info from.

OK he can bring short term success but he never stays anywhere long enough and always leaves on a bad note. personally I don't think he's what we need but him coming to us and then winning the title would be a big f you to Chelsea. It might be worth a gamble it just to see that lol.
