Ronaldo signs new 3 yr extension at Real.Well that puts paid to any return rumours for good.

IanO

1.) Has he signed a new deal?

It says he's agreed a new deal, but that was agreed month's ago. I expect him to sign a new deal, but I do not think he has yet.

2.) He was never coming back to us

3.) He's officialy signed for 5 more years.

4.) Syd

C'mon! You're better than that. He ain't coming back, he does not want to. Forget it

5.) Nick, Ronaldo did exactly what I expected him to do. Although I did have fears a couple of years ago that he will sign for City. That is now out of the question thankfully.

6.) Ronaldo will be back in about 3 years for a big pay off he knows with all Uniteds Asian fans buying his shirt with his image rights he will make a fortune before retiring,

It seams that Cabaye is getting a mention again in the press as a Utd target. I for one don't want him much better players out there for a club of this stature.

IanO

1.) Anyone but him please. Most overrated player.

Ronaldo's free kick in Jan 08 against Portsmouth was one of my favourite moments in football . I was behind the goal taking a photo of the free kick and have a great souvenir that is all mine . Would I like him back you bet your life on it . He is awesome, could he play for a lot more years at a high level easily he could . 30 is nothing for great players who haven't abused their bodies . Look at Giggs for proof of that .

There are no risks in the final third unless the team are behaving in a reckless manner .

MrSween is not bitter just a realist.Yes Giggs did well against Real Sociadad but was crap against Southampton. It is a fact that his poor games outnumber his good ones many times. We have had a problem competing against good teams for a while now. What saddens me the most, is how many Utd fans seem to think we are still a force in world football. We are not a great side anymore just a team capable on a good day of great performances. We have not had a great performance in a long while. We are however a great club and hopefully we will get back to being a powerful team in world football sooner rather than later.

RED_SKY the post did not say value for money it said worst signing. So I believe IANO 1-0 RED_SKY.You may feel Fellaini was the worst signing period but you would be wrong.
