Why does Hernandez never get a chance? How can anyone think Welbeck deserves to start in front of him

1.) Agree totally. With all the game time Welbeck got last year he only hit the net twice.

2.) Expect Hernandez, Kagawa, Nani, Zaha & Co to get a run out in midweek. I wouldn't be surprised to see Liverpool play their strongest side though with the League Cup Liverpool's only realistic bit of silverware.

Just a suggestion or an idea.
Since players get to have testimonials for being at clubs for 10 years, like Rio is to have one, woud it not be right for Fergy to have one himself?
When he anounced his retirement, there was really only a week to prepare, though really it was aimed at lifting the title.
Should the board consider giving Fergy a real send off by having match with past and present players available?

1.) I think that would be a super idea mate!

2.) Don't know what the situation is. Maybe he could manage the Utd v Madrid legends match at Old Trafford.

That would be a good I think.

3.) He had a testamonial years ago

Would it be Jose as he said it publicly.

Can't wait to see all of these apparent defenders playing. We'll have enough to fill the whole starting 11 if these silly comments are true.

Definitely no truth what so ever.

Hopefully we go after neither as we don't need them.

I don't understand why it is being suggested to sign 6 or 7 players.
We have players that are good, some of them were played in the wrong position or not allowed to express themselves. For instance Young played up front a couple of times last season, however he isn't the worst winger going but that is where he is best.
As for another CB, how many would you like to have on the team exactly or are we going to field 6 of those? The advantage about Smalling is he is used to the league and has an understanding with De Gea. Putting in 2 new CBs who haven't played with the full backs or with DG or together for that matter is a massive gamble.
