Hi Ed, are utd looking to sign Mastantuono in any of the coming two transfer windows?

Arsenal, Manchester City, PSG and Barcelona have all sent scouts. Manchester United had a high-end independent scout and ex-PL player look at him last season but it went no further. Cannot move to England until he is 18 but Chelsea will again look to an early agreement.}
