Just want to see how many want Rooney to stay or go. Believable to stay, unbelievable to go.

It all depends what people think is more important, Quality without heart or Heart without quality.

There's no point in keeping a player that doesn't want to play for his club.

You pick him to start the game. he won't put 100% into his performance which will let the club down. You keep him and not play him just because you don't want anybody else to have him. waste of money on his wages.

If Rooney wants to leave, let him leave. If he wants to stay then keep him I say!

He was just being immature and getting annoyed with SAF for doing the right thing in subbing him off for being too unfit and not playing to the standards required, if he grows up, sets his priorities straight and works hard then of course I'd love him to stay.

I think the club may have finally had enough of his drama

I would honestly prefer him to stay. I think playing under somebody other then fergie will give him the fresh start he feels he needs. I can't believe so many utd fans want to see the back of him. a fully functioning rooney is as good as anyone in the world bar messi and ronnie. He only asked to leave because how he has been treated, playing all over the field except striker and he's still scored 20+ goals

Rooney is still our best all round player when he's in shape. He is light years better than Chico or Danny up front. Only RVP can edge him out there. Better in midfield than anyone apart from Carrick and potentially better than him. My one concern is that Kagawa and Rooney are both top players in the hole. It would mean we would need to play a 4-3-2-1 formation with the full backs, and midfielders giving us the width required. Or Rooney playing deeper, or Kagawa sitting on the bench which would be a shame.
