'Argentina international Nicolas Gaitan has turned down a move to Al-Ahli in favour of a move to Manchester United, reports a Portuguese newspaper.

The report claims Al-Ahli were prepared to pay £25m for the winger's services and hand him a lucrative pay packet to clinch the move.
However, the 27-year-old is not thought to be keen on a move to the Dubai side as he wait on a potential transfer to Old Trafford'

Wouldnt it be really sad if this was true. Gaitan sitting there rocking in the corner waiting for his phone to ring.
