Doesn't work like that. The 25% sell on is given to us by Burnley, not Everton. Everton pay Burnley £30m and it costs Burnley £7.5m

Also, If Rooney is valued at £25m and we're giving them Rooney, it adds £25m more to the value and we can't make it look like a good thing by deducting it. making it become a £100m deal + £15m add ons.

As Ed said, its best us fans stay away from talking finances lol.

Oh he'll score plenty, no doubt about that.

The problem is that he doesn't do the hold up play and so on that Jose usually wants his main striker to do. Which is why I was hoping for Morata or Belotti. They can finish, but they'll also hold the ball up and bring the midfielders and wide men into play more.

Maybe he'll adapt, or just score so many it won't matter, we'll just have to wait and see.
