Wondering if any of the Eds know if United still hold interest in Milinkovic-Savic after signing Fred. Personally I'd love him to join but can't see it happening now. Thanks as always.

{Ed002's Note - The interest remains Dan but the price is far from acceptable for Milinkovic-Savic so realistically the chances of him signing for MU are slim.}

Sorry to tag on Ed but was wondering if the reports of a MU bid for Skrniar were true?

{Ed002's Note - Quite possibly. He only moved last year but Inter made a statement to another interested side that they would sell if the player said he wanted a move and if they could make a €50M profit on what they cost him. That would scare off most sides.}

Fred, pogba, matic, mctominay and herrera. Last season we had fellaini instead of fred (carrick hardly played) . Add to that the fact mourinho likes a small squad, don't see us need another midfielder.

It depends on which formation Mourinho wants to play next season. Toward the end of the season he seemed to settle on a 433. If that's the case we will need 6 midfielders to rotate next season. Personally I think with Pereira and TFM we should be fine. However, Mourinho will not have 3 young midfielders who he will regularly rely on. So I wouldn't be surprised to see another one signed.

Carrick and Fellaini is a lot of experience. Matic and Herrera would be the seniors and Herrera may yet depart this summer and almost certainly next summer.
