Sun saying we have agreed a deal with sancho re wages etc through his agent and are now working on structuring a package that suits Dortmund.
Surely our priority shuld be to get world class centre back! Koulibaly perfect pick for me. Talk of Liverpool chasing him, imagine how strong their defence would be if they got him!

Ed 002 do you know if Utd are looking at buying another centre back?

We currently have 7 centre backs and that's without taking into account youngsters should teden menghi who people keep saying should get a chance there's no room to add another without sales.

Jones - needs to be sold
Smalling - hopefully Roma loan with obligation to buy
Rojo - I think I've read somewhere Boca are interested?
Lindelof - probably our best
Maguire - next best too slow
Bailly - can be very rash has potential
Tuanzebe - lots of injuries hopefully gets a chance next year

Ed any interest in the top 3? need to get them off the books or at least know we can before we even consider getting rid of Bailly to bring in someone new.

Is Ruben Dias at Benfica one of the CBs United have looked at? Believe Mourinho was a big admirer previously.

We definitely need to strengthen at CB. It’s a weak spot considering injury record of Bailly, Tuanzebe and Jones. Be interesting to see how much game time Mengi gets now he’s been promoted to train with the first team.

Seems amazing if the club haven't tried to move Jones on he barley plays and when he does he a liability.

With Smalling and Rojo not likely to feature again and Tuanzebe and Jones not fit and not proven at the highest level it does make me wonder if all the good work being done in attack will be undone by the defence.
