I know you have mentioned costa being offered as part of any deal for pogba.
Is there a chance united would try to buy him separately as a sancho alternative?
Are united trying to sign him?

So we buy an older problem player and fund Juve's purchase of a young upcoming player would be an abysmal decision to sign Costa for me.

I don't know too much about Costa. I've watched him in a number of games and always been impressed. But apparently has had a few off field issues as well as injury issues. So they'd have to be completely done with before making a move. But could be a good alternative.

When fit considerably better than what we have and would improve our starting 11. i'd like to get sandro with him to good experienced heads used to top end clubs and top end football. Used to winning.

Costa always looked like he had something while never really reaching the level you thought he would.
But he regularly picks up injuries, missed 29 games with 6 different muscles injuries over the last 2 seasons .
turns 30 next month and has only played more than 27 league in a season once.
Could be a decent option of the bench which has more or less been his role with juve.
