Rumors going round that Leeds are considering a £25m bid for Dan James. I appreciate you don't want to go into specifics ED002, but is James a player that Leeds are interested in and if so, would they be looking to loan or buy? Furthermore, would United be open to selling?

If there's any truth to this I'd snap their hands off and put the money towards meeting Dortmund's asking price for Sancho.

{Ed002's Note - Leeds have added Jack Harrison as a LW and are looking to add a young RW in Kerk leaving them wanting a versatile left-sided player. They have two in mind in Cantwell and Sessegnon, but Sessegnon looks to be heading elsewhere. After failing to sign James last summer Leeds could look to him, perhaps on a loan deal initially, as an option to first choice LW.}

He definitely needs a loan this season. Even if it’s to a championship club where he will play every week, but ideally to a lower level PL club. I feel sorry for the lad he’s having a tough time. Clearly has some talent but seems to be the type of player who needs a long run of games to develop. Might actually do him some good to be trained by a better coach as well.

After a bright start things just haven’t worked out for him. Whilst I think that regular playing time would do him some good, I can’t ever see him developing into anything other than a squad player for us and even that might be beyond him. If selling him brings in the funds required to secure a deal for Sancho, I think the club would be foolish not to.

I think sending to work with Bielsa would be an excellent idea. In fact sending our entire squad to work with him would not be a bad choice.

😂 Maybe we can send our coaches.
