Mike Verweij reliable ajax journalist today saying ten hag is the number 1 choice for Man Utd says compensation wouldn't be very much due to a release clause and also mentions he may look back at ajax to sign Antony and Jurrien Timber if he were to become manager. Seems like we may have made rhe decision between poch and ten hag.

The fact that Ajax have even allowed him to speak to Utd shows it could be a very smooth and cost effective appointment if it happens. Whereas even though Poch has supposedly spoken to Utd, I doubt PSG would have granted that and it would be a game of cat and mouse over whether he is pushed.
