To everyone speculating about Valencia not wearing no.7 and linking it to a transfer. Valencia asked to change number himself, this has been coming since Christmas last. It's not transfer related.

If he had asked to change at Christmas time, why did he wear No.7 against Sevilla on Friday?

I just think (hope) that transfer activity could have inspired this. {Ed007's Note - Was the team maybe numbered with the traditional 1-11 on Friday?}
