So could we see hughes/Barkley arrive in January do ye think guys?hughes seems strongly linked with possibly being loaned back like Zaha was?id really like gundogan but he is cup tied sonit would be next summer if at all.would ye go for Herrera in January or hold out for gundogan?

Hold out for Gundogan, but wouldn't mind both. maybe that's too many midfielders but if we sold Fellaini we could make room ;P

We need somebody with proven pedigree otherwise it will be too easy to default to the old guard. Obviously great if we buy Barkley & Hughes, but we have Powell and a couple of others coming through and they aren't World Class yet, we need World Class if we are to progress over the next year or two. In 3-4 years we will be back to our best but we need to invest in proven quality to cover for the waiting period. I can see us going for Pastore and Schweinsteiger.
