Players are to blame more than moyes for me.
We lack so much class. We had schools last year. But also to not have rvp firing for most of the season is a massive hinderence.

However if he doesn't buy in this window then he is clueless.

Players have alittle to blame but Moyes job is to motivate the players make them tatically aware and play them in positions to win! h has done none of these things! Moyes is to blame and so is Sir Alex for putting his name forward for the job.

Moyes is simply not good enough. He is still in a everton manager frame of mind and does not look like he will come out of it! 7th in the league in jan is not good enough even for a manager replacing sir alex in his 1st year!

I love your comment that Moyes "is still in a Everton manager frame of mind". Everton were only in that frame of mind because that's how Moyes made us, not because that's how we are as a club. Look where we are this year with pretty much the same players but a more adventurous thinking manager.

I have great respect for what Moyes did for us and turned us from relegation contenders to a top half team most seasons but I fell that that's the kind of manager he is i.e. plays safe.

I'm afraid that the United job may well be to big and he will screw up what was a great reputation prior to taking the job.

I think he may have meant in his thoughts of spending money on players or he should have meant that. He should have more to spend than he ever had at Everton but it's unclear if he really knows what to do with it. Assuming the glazers are going to give him some more!

Fair point Pancho. If you look at his record at Everton for transfers you would see that his best buys have been bargain price players and I think that is where he excels. I really don't think he has it in himself to go out and spent 10's of millions on a player and therefore I don't see his time at Man U being much of a success (how ever long it may prove to be).
