I have been searchin through loads of players today and was thinkin would it be good business to sign Ryan Gauld and Souttar from Dundee UTD but leave them there to progress for at least this season if not next before their value and attention from other clubs soars. Thoughts please

I very much like this idea, we just have to keep the same manager to do this though otherwise we'd have players on loan everywhere (a la Chelsea) with no real place for them in the team if a new manager for example where to buy his own players

But it's something I'd like, especially as they're from the uk, keeping with traditions

I agree although I feel it would be beneficial to get an agreement with a club like Dundee utd to "loan" them players from the accademy to get them playing time. I'm from Scotland and I know the league isn't great but its a better standard of football than the academy leagues
