Bloody hell Toni Kroos a done deal, then Bayern say he won't be offered a new contract offer then apparently van Gaal pulls the plus now Kroos says he's rejected offer of contract, welcome to a Manchester United transfer window!

What makes me doubtful about the kroos transfer is the complete lack of interest from any other side. He is one of the best midfielders in the world. If he was available for anywhere near the quoted amount of 20 million, chelsea, city, psg, monaco, madrid, barca and even arsenal would have thrown insane amounts of money at him. Those teams also have CL next year. He's the sort of player a team makes space for.

Chances are someone else will nip in and get him before United do. I doubt this would have happened when Gill was running the show.
