Just 10 months ago when Di Maria was signed there was lot of excitement here . There were few posters including me slating the 60m price tag but there were none who were unhappy with his signing . We certainly hoped a lot from him and got dissapointed.
Players generally do tend to dissapoint fans but it does not mean we should write them off . Di Maria could not live upto our expectation and was a flop in his first season BUT it does not mean he has lost all of it . He was a top class player and class can't be lost all of sudden, I believe Di Maria will regain his top form and shut all those mouths talking about selling him,
People do keep slating him about his inconsistent form during his RM time also but when i watched him he was always playing good. I follow RM a lot and watch most of their games and TBH Di Maria was very good in most of their games . Now please don't tell that opponents had Ronaldo and Bale to look for.
It is only matter of time that Di Maria regains his top form and puts in some solid displays . Hope for the best

hello

slight problem is, he is quite lightweight, as bad as it sounds other teams know that if they knock him around a bit he will go missing. Like the Hull game last game of the season, he wasnt as injured as he made out but didn't look like he fancied the game. He is class i admit.

He might be different in the champions league, but 60mil is a lot for someone who turns up occassionaly, we need players that are going to drive the team forward with passion, depay coming in has that passion to improve and win and play

Wishful thinking Strestha. I wouldn't be suprised if he leaves even though he has said he wants to stay put. If he gets an incline that PSG etc want him he will push for a move.

Again though if he stays I will pray he gets back to his best and shows us why we paid the British record for him.

I think his great player look at him for Argentina ! Played out of position most games then came of bench and didn't get a chance after that but still got ten assist from 13 stars and 7 sub apps not to bad tbh
