United was too big a job for him. Seriously what had he won or achieved significantly to get the job then? If he had won a league cup or fa cup and say brought Everton to a Euro league final or kept Everton in the top 4 for at least 2-3 seasons then I could at least understand his appointment.

Delighted to have won the FA cup and you can only beat what's put in front of you however our FA cup journey was relatively easy, Everton in turmoil and West Ham who we drew with at the first attempt and we were in the final.

Other than those two teams we played smaller opposition and struggled at times to be honest. We didn't come across a Man City or Arsenal however like I said you can only beat what's put in front of you. My point is it's not the momentous achievement it appears to be thrilled as I am to have won it.
