So there is reported interest from Inter Milan in as many as four of our players. Lukaku, Sanchez, Darmian and Matic.

So would people prefer 50m from Inter for Sanchez, Darmian and Matic or 70m for Lukaku?

Rom and Sanchez on high wages.
Instantly clears deadwood although I'd like to keep Matic for cover.

United should just let Darmian leave, even if it's on a free. He's been a gentleman throughout his time here. Never complains about his game time and takes whatever opportunity he gets.
Inter can't even afford Lukaku's fees. Even if they get Sanchez on a free, I don't think they will be able to pay his salary.

Call me a fool but I still think Sanchez could have a role in this new look Utd side playing centrally as a CF.

I think his days as a wide player are numbered but played centrally, he presses well from the front, is reliable in possession, he's adapt at linking the play and with people in and around him, his low centre of gravity means he can turn quickly and wriggle out of challenges, his movement is good and he still has an eye for goal. or have I gone completely mad?

I was all for it until you said reliable in possession!

I really hope Sanchez can improve and get some for back but I thought that all last year and came to terms with the fact that he won't. Anything better than awful would be a bonus now.

Buy Lukaku get Darmian for Free.

I'd keep Matic until next summer.
I also think Sanchez could look really good in this team. Just his ridiculous wages are the issue.

Id sell sanchez Darmian and sanchez to them for 75m.
We will have to pay sanchez off at between 20and 40m so enough to buy half of maguire but save best part of 800k a week in wages.
Id keep matic for this season.
