I see a lot of negativity already, i for one feel more positive than i did at the beginning of the last season. We haven't had any bad press/ manager bust up's and no drama, we have just got on with it. we aren't already being told that we are crap by our own manager. This season will be better than last! GGMU.

You feel positive, Manchester United onne of the biggest clubs around, all window we have known lukkaku wants away and we sell him last day of the window with no replacement.
We need a cm we know this all window

Leahy yer, it's been obvious all season lukaku wanted away and united didn't want to keep him .
The plan looks to be to give rash and martial there head . I'm looking forward to it.

We scored just 68 prem goals last season, at I guess Lukaku would of had at least 15 of them. Where are the goals coming from this season? I wanted Lukaku gone. Don’t rate him, but to not sell him early enough to sign a tip cf is criminal. Not helped by the sever lack of creativity from midfield, were in no mans land again this season.

I agree with Leahy. I have no issue with martial and rashford leading the attack. But it is utterly disgraceful how no midfielder has been brought in. There are no excuses. I’m very happy with the defence but we have the worst midfield in the top 6. Often these big matches are won by the team who wins the midfield battle. I would argue Leicester and wolves have a better midfield too. There are positives, with some great youngsters and a better style of play trying to be imprinted. But with arsenal and spurs strengthening, I fear we will be left behind this season.

Sound like the scousers. Every year we get that feeling until the next year.

But let's see. I for one got no expectations it will be very difficult. The gap among the top 4 is still huge.

He got 12, was massively overweight and his first touch went further then most can kick it. Sure we will just about cope without the lump.

So does anyone think we'll surpass our goal tally from last year, if we don't replace Lukaku? And who are the midfielders who are creating all the chances?

Greenwood is a better finisher than Rashford. Lukaku won't be missed at all😄😄.
