So, realistically, after that transfer window, what does everyone expect for the season. Personally I will be very surprised if we break into the top four and don't really expect us to do well in the Europa league.

Honest opinion, is we are falling from grace. But what do we expect.

Until the glazers sell up we aren't going to get any better.

I feel for ole. Club legend, on a hiding to nothing. I will not think any less of you when we fail.

Hopefully we will do well TB, we still need to strengthen the middle of the park and bring in another striker.

top 4, we will surprised a lot of people, even some of our fans, Greenwood is going to be a hit and we will concede less goals.

Realistically it's going to be between us arsenal and Chelsea for that 4th spot.

Teams like Everton wolves west ham may fancy there chances this season to get 4th spot

The only difference is arsenals attack might just take them there.

Ole ole

January or next summer? How do you expect us to do well when you are saying we need two players?

Ole ole

Start with a strong defence, control games in midfield, have guile to score goals. One out of three is concerning. Awful lot of pressure on Greenwood. It is a big call, it may have worked for the co92 but is this really the co92? If I didn’t know better I would suspect they are holding back spending for the next manager to attract the best players and have funds to pay for them.

75,000 reasons in the stand how we can do well red man, plus we have some good players in our squad and a couple of good young prospects ready to step up, i just think that ole is waiting on quality players becoming available, no point wasting money on gambles, as I said on a previous post, I'm just trying to be positive, and not all doom and gloom, we are Manchester United, not Accrington Stanley.

Ole ole

I have been one of the 30000, 40000, 50000, 60000, 75000 since 1968 and for 26 years we were garbage. I don’t think Ole is doing anything, he is at best a weak manager or interim coach, hopeful that some young players may do well. As a manager he hasn’t had the experience to recognise a co92 or bring them through. This season it’s a journey and I have no confidence in it.

75,000 reasons in the stands? You sure? One of our biggest problems is a large majority of those 75k are day tripping, megastore shopping numpties that don’t song a word, wear half and half scarves and spend the afternoon bloody filming everything on their phones.

We should be able to create a horrible, hostile environment for away teams. But we are regularly embarrassed by the away fans section.

Having a worldwide fan base has in a way led to our current predicament. The success brought in larger numbers across the world who will
Continue to spend money on anything united related. Prices went up and more day trippers than ever before appeared. The atmosphere changes, but they keep spending money. The club thinks everything is great because we keep making money, the clicks and social media stuff keeps working and they invest money in the wrong areas with superstar signings and ignore the one thing that’s important a club that just needs a few tweaks each year.

Our club has no coherent strategy, it’s ran by accountants and stockbrokers, owned by a family that have already ruins one sports club and now use us as their own personal piggy bank.

The sad fact is that things will need to get worse before they get better. For the glazers to leave will need a significant drop in value and share price before they even contemplate selling up and for that to happen we will need to be even worse on the pitch.

Sad times. The lack of new faces doesn’t bother me as much as the fact that we still have kept lots of faces that really shouldn’t be wearing the shirt any longer. Jones, smalling, Darmian, Rojo, matic.
