I keep seeing you guys say ole is out his depth! Can I just ask what's the reason why you think this? What's he doing wrong? I think the teams improved the style of play has improved. We've bettered results against two teams compared to last year, and Jose is one of the best managers in the game. We've got youth in the team so exspect mistakes as their still learning. We haven't got a full squad what we're 100% happy with yet! I'm happy with the direction we're going in the results will come I believe and I'm behind ole and the lads! Call me delusional but I've got faith in this team and willing to be patient and back them all the way! Happy weekend on to the next game!

According to someone respectable here Ole is a championship manager and now that results are not going out way people have started to say that, i don't know if he is the answer to get us back to the top🤣 or at least competing but i do know we are playing way better footy and giving the kids a chance, building a good team for next season. i'm actually excited to see Ole picking Axel as the back up central defender ahead of Jones, Smalling and Rojo, i love the fact that Greenwood is getting minutes, i don't agree with the timing of the subs but hey he is the manager, i dp think we need 2 more midfielders and a deadly striker and we will be up there.

The board unquestionably failed the manager.
Everyone knows we clearly needed a creative midfielder and an attacker.

Jose Mourinho and LVG, both winners and a great CV struggled here, I would say Ole has got right a lot of what we all moaned about and that was play youth, more tempo and pace, more attack minded football, did we all not say as long as we see those things we would not mind losing games as we would be headed in the right direction?
Maybe Ole has got more right than some give credit for, just because we aren't 100%.
Time will tell of course but I've said many times in the past, one thing is for sure, constantly changing manager, players, back room, all that will breed is instability, someone as manager here needs time and patience not critics.

The present manager is out of his depth, both tactically and in game management. His CV says he managed relegated Cardiff and a Norwegian team. Was it three shots on target on Saturday, at home against a relegation contender? The penalty debacle showed an utter lack of leadership and then tried to defend it by pretending there were still two takers, when in fact he was probably just trying to hang on to some credibility. Once he was made permanent the results have been relegation form. Tell me why at Wolves did an attacking sub not come on until 89th min? When at home against a team like Palace did he not realise we would have to break them down in and around the box not rely on pace. He is playing Pogba deep when he should be up the pitch. Ole’s toeing the company line, happy with signings, meanwhile we have a pitiful midfield and a worrying lack of striking power. Mourinho said it as it was but Ole is a club man. If nothing else look at his cv, ask yourself if you had a woefully inadequate CV would you get an interview let alone the job. We put Ole on a trial period but instead of seeing it through to the end someone jumped in.

This is a manager out of his depth learning on the job. What credibility can he have with the players when they look at his managerial cv, this is a manager who wouldn’t take a car park space because he thought he should leave it for the real boss. In summer two United fans were signed and a decent lad from Swansea, has it ever occurred to people that the players we really want, the ones who may improve us don’t believe the Ole Bandwagon, they don’t have the emotional sentimentality of some fans. Therefore they will only come for massive cash, if at all.

People don’t realise this experiment has put the club back further, another summer and another season of mediocrity awaits. Ole knows what the fans feel, he says a lot of platitudes but he has never walked the walk, yet there are still fans who believe in the promised land, that Ole knows what is needed and will deliver it, not based on his skills but on hope and that he will deliver that last minute winner again. Lovely guy, United through and through but the Manager that needs to change our whole direction, no. He still thinks what worked before will work again but SAF was a genius and Ole is not SAF even if he adores him.

Was the penalty really such a debacle or is it a bit of people pushing there agenda .
Pogba was our designated penalty taker, he stepped forward (showed leadership ) and took it .

No big deal no big arguments etc but he missed .
Rash summed it up, " pogba wanted to take it so he took it, no issues " . People are really trying to make it into something it's not.
The following week, rash was clearly on penalties, pogba walked away . And what happened after a week of pogba getting bashed, rashford missed .
Again so what it happens.

I never went on a football field not knowing who did what, the manager had agreed it before and especially the penalty taker. The manager had not clarified it and admitted there were two after the game, previous week Rashford took it, scored so why hand the ball over? To then try and defend it seemed like the manager realised the indecision reflected poorly on his leadership so tried to hold the line last Friday in the press conference that there were two. Then Rashford gets it. Who knows but it would be speculation that the manager or someone is afraid to officially take Pogba off penalties, perhaps for fear of upsetting him.
The issue is a lack of Leadership and planning, how can we go into a game without clarity, the two stood there passing the ball between themselves, how is that mental preparation?

It's not a big deal you didn't complain against Chelsea when rash asked pogba if he could take it .
You have absolutely no idea what's so ever that anyone is scared to take pogba of penalty duties, it just fits your narrative.
By the way pogba was no where near the pen at the week end.

Pogba was designated pen taker last season scoring 7 out of 10 .
Rash scored against psg in pogba's absence.
And asked to take the one against chelsea .
Pogba decided to take the one against wolves.
To squeeze it in to your ole narrative is what it is . The two of them didn't stand there passing the ball between them that simply sing true.
