Are the club amateurs in transfer windows? Haven't herd anyone describe them as amateurs before lol.

they are certainly acting that way. Look at Spurs linked to Gelson Fernandez last week get him a week later.

where as we have struggled to get the deal for fernandez done over 2 windows and are still at the rate the club are going another window away from completing the deal for him.

difference with that deal CDP is that fernandes from benfica was not wanted, was out of favor not even playing and was a loan deal with an option to buy

sporting will lose there best player, there creative midfielder who is leading the stats in most things.

plus they play benfica on Friday, they are apparently wanting him to play in that before the transfer can go through.

Haha what an awful comparison that is. Gedson (not Gelson, different player) was offered to loads of clubs and Spurs and West Ham took up the offer, his club were more than happy for him to leave. Bruno is the captain and best player at his club, when you compare apples and oranges to make a point it doesn't really work.

Too true GDS. Its weird when people make up their own comparisons to want to prove a point. People tell us winning a league in Norway is a credential to manage Manchester United. I mean atleast the OP made apples and oranges comparison, league comparison is more like apples and pineapples. But what to say people will just say anything. You will also notice a couple of them have crawled out of their hole after a couple of victories. 😂😂😂😂😂😂.
