Phelan has said that the winter training camp is to “get some hard yards in”. This is the winter rest break, yet he thinks it’s time for hard yards.

Top young manager, and destined to have a great career. He clearly has his sights set on the Bayern job. He is from Bavaria, so its a homecoming for him.

Bayern will move for him when they feel he is the right candidate, which is only a matter of time. He will push for that move no matter where he is when it happens.

Someone I've been hugely impressed with and goes a little under the radar because of the Nagelsmann hype is Marco Rose who looks a very shrewd tactician.
