Another bad decision in the Leicester game that goal hits Perez and is offside.

I don’t think it does Dbrooks, and VAR is farcical enough already, but it would become an even greater farce if it disallowed that goal.

It didn’t hit him at all, makes me laugh what people see, both VAR decisions were correct, unfortunately for us as Arsenal probably had the game won with 11 men. Like the OP says though it is now in our hands which is what we hoped for post lockdown. It is probably in our hands sooner than we expected to be honest as chelsea and Leicester still have games I’d expect them not to win. I think we might drop some points along the way too, going to be tight but hopefully we get there.

I think it will go right down to the wire. I'm almost certain we will drop points between now and the end of the season. I think it still depends to some extent on how many points Chelsea and Leicester drop.

I worry if we are one or two points clear of Leicester on the last day of the season, needing only a draw to finish in the top four while a win for Leicester will leap frog them over us into top four.

I never feel comfortable in games we only have to draw but the opponent needs to win. The opposition have the bit between their teeth from the off, while you can often feel slightly too safe.

I don't think he touched the ball either but wasnt he interfering with play by trying to hit it?

Last game of the season is Leicester away and we play Chelsea at home towards the end of the season. We know what to do. This will be a good test on the mentally of the squad if we can become challengers and potential league champions next season.

Think the chelsea game is the FA cup. I still think there are points to be dropped by all 3 teams - chelsea, leicester and man utd have seldom won 4 games straight this season. In man utd's case it will be 8 games as we won the last 3. Big ask.

Leicester have won 3 games since the 1st January so they are unlikely to suddenly win 4 in a row, especially as their last 3 games are Sheff United, Spurs and us.

Fortunately the FA cup semi final won’t count for much in the league!

We should be looking to win every league game going into the Leicester game to see where that takes us. We've got Villa away, Southampton home, Palace away, Chelsea FA Cup, West Ham home and then obviously leicester away the final day. We seem to be settled now on a favoured system so the challenge now is to try and go the domestic season unbeaten.

Leicester have Bournemouth away, Sheffield United home, Spurs away and us at home on the final day. That's a tricky run of fixtures. Chelsea have Sheffield United away, Norwich home, Liverpool away and Wolves home the final day. I'd expect liverpool to get at least a draw at Anfield as they won't want to ruin their record and also Wolves will give them hell of a game on the final day. On paper we have the better run in but if we can do our job which I'm confident we will then we will get there. What I will say is I'm really enjoying watching us now and look forward to games. It's going to be an interesting end to the season but an exciting one.
