First off thank you very much Ed002 for the information you offered and shame on the idiots spoiling it for everyone for needlessly attacking Ed for it!
Hope it was our very own "fans" and not some rivals

But now I'd like to use the moment to put a spotlight on the clubs behaviour sind the start of the C.V.
We can all argue about us being amateurish or foolish or whatever in the transfer market but I'd like to highlight how the club has acted amid sinking revenues etc.

Having the biggest stadium we have been hit hardest by the shutout and still we have not (please correct me) cut salaries of our employees, haven't put anyone out of their job, haven't furloughed anyone, have refunded the season ticket holders and done the right thing with our departing youth trainers by paying them an extra two months even though their contract have ended in June!
Please take a look around how the other big clubs have acted and recognize the great example we have set.

I take my hat to Ed Woodward and the Glazers and they have won a lot of respect from me for all this.

They could have gone down the same road as the others and tried to cut costs and subsequently loose less of their own money but decided to do right to their staff, even the ones not deemed got enough to stay on after June!

This can't be underestimated in my book and if this has cost us the Sancho transfer then so be it.
I'm proud of the club for acting like this and showing such a big heart amid the current crisis!

Well done and thank you for being a bright example and putting some of our rivals to shame with it

P. S. : thanks Eds for the great effort to put this site together and keep it running and even constantly improving it.

Jonny

I wonder if the Glazers will not take dividends next time to enable the money to go towards player purchases?

Stop being so upbeat Jonny. That’s not allowed here.
