A question to Eds and Posters.

Before the start of the new season, everyone knew we had 4 glaring deficiency in our squad.
A CB, LB, CDM and a RW.

So far we have only added VDB who adds depth to attacking midfield.
The 4 key areas are still not addressed.

Is this squad good enough to challenge the top teams in the league with the current squad?
If not, why has the club not invested and backed the manager yet?

Ed002 has said it continuously and people get offended thinking he has an agenda. It’s clear we’re run by amateurs who don’t have the best interests of the club. It’s rotten from the core and managers who have come and gone have said the same thing. It’s going to continue until something changes and unfortunately I see it continuing for a while. Ole may not be good enough but as we’ve seen even with managers with a brilliant C. V, if the club isn’t run properly from the top, it’ll impact everything below it.

They repeat this same pattern with every manager. ole will be gone by Xmas if previous is anything to go by. I know he has many failings and probably isn’t the guy but the media has already switched focus to him (fans too) and yet again the real culprits in the board are getting away with it.

If you actually read my posts I have said plenty about the problems with the structure, decision makers and owners. At the top of the pyramid Ole is patently the wrong man but whilst he is a problem, he isn’t the only one and I actually have consistently been critical of the owners since the leveraged buy out, because I actually understood what it meant for the club. If you are going to make throw away remarks at least be accurate.
