I thought we looked very solid today, on another day Rashford scores and we win. But overall good performance onwards and upwards, no one's going run away with league this year, its anyones to grab now and go on a strong run.

Exactly. Chelsea were poor, we should have been more on the front foot, but we had the chances to win it. Either way we come away with a point, clean sheet, move on. Hopefully coaching staff learn from this.

I think it's pretty clear that the coaching staff have reached their limit and any further learning is going straight over their heads.

Redcon,

Before the Newcastle game I think people would have snatched your hand off for 2 wins and a draw in the last week, we were going to lose the next 6, be out of the group and Ole was getting sacked a couple of weeks ago, a draw isn’t ideal and I think we all feel the game was there for the taking but I am happy with the clean sheet after how bad we have been at the back, the opposition haven’t scored a goal past us in the last 3 games which after the first few games is a huge improvement. Still tough games to come but for me things are seeming a bit better and the squad looks quite strong.

Yet we are 15th with 7 points from 5 games. A win against 3 men of PSG shouldn't actually be used to justify anything.

So, Shan, beating PSG with kids isn't good enough, and beating them now again isn't good enough either? 3 players, really? Be at least a bit more realistic.

Chelseas best chance in the match was Maguires move, while we had at least 3 good scoring chances, but their GK had a great day. We weren't fantastic, but we were much better than 2-3 weeks before.
Everybody saying "oh, there is 7 tough matches in front of us, God help us all", but when we come with 2 wins and 1 draw after 3 games, its suddenly bad.

Both OGS and Lampard went into the game with counter atacking in their mind, thus providing a boring first half. And yet, Rashford could have opened the game with a bit better shot. As the game went on, we were quite better than Chelsea. I think Ole did go for a win and had good idea with the subs, except for James who had to be subbed much earlier.

On a side note, is it just me, or our bench suddenly looked good, with players who can change something?

Shan,

We know we were poor before the international break, we had 3 points from 3 games after that start with no pre season and the 10 man abomination against spurs, we now have 7 from 5 and 3 from 3 in a tough European group.

As always on here the overreaction after a draw or loss happens, on Tuesday we won and there were a few posts but not loads, today after a draw we have pages and pages of posts, people love to moan.
