100 games and where's the identity? What actually is Ole trying to achieve? What's his best side? What's his formations? It's criminal that 100 games in he still doesn't have the answers.

One minute it's 352, then it's 433, diamond, 4231, it's like they pick from a hat each game. When his players have been brought in, Maguire, AWB, Telles, Bruno, Donny etc, have they been signed with a clear plan, a formation, style of play he wants? It's baffling. Why is Pogba still at the club? When does he ever put a shift in? I'd start Donny over Pogba every day of the week, at least he wants to play.

The subs Ole makes also baffle me, he leaves it late, makes bizarre changes. 10 to go today, he's worried about conceding, why? Your losing with ten to go, I know let's take Greenwood and Bruno off, leave McTom on with Matic. I just don't know what people see on him. Take 3-4 exceptional games the rest are just average at best.
But his bringing the United way right?
