I thought VDB played well when he came on. Greenwood should have buried his header. He certainly needs to be involved in more games.

Tuanzebe played well. Calm and often composed, considering this was his first game in a while.

It’s the first time he’s looked interested, not sure one good game in a season means he should be involved in more games, maybe if he did that more often and showed that fight then he would be.

The team actually played at a higher tempo last, which meant it suited VDB link up play.

Overall, it was a determined performance, given some of the theatrics that were happening last night.

Solid yet unspectacular performance all round. Granted, they were games we were expected to win, but the lads did more than was needed over the two legs and got us through to the semis. I suspect Roma will put up much more of a fight, but, touch wood, am glad it’s them and not Ajax.
