With more than 10,000 supporters protesting and some even sneaking into the ground, will the match be called off?

One thing is for sure, those people are clowns who should be embarrassed.

TRD

Great publicity, there has to be a possibility KO will be delayed at very least. However, I am not sure it is a good look with **** bags nicking the corner flags

Glazers Out.

Kind of agree Redman.

Maybe the best way to remove dooshbags from the board room is to send the dooshbags into the ground 😂

Of all the games to protest, Liverpool Utd was the right one. Board sets of owners should be the ones who are embarrassed. Just hope there is no one hurt from the spectacle.

Did the glazers even know we had a match today?

I guess there is a slight concern about a biosecurity breach and C.V. bubbles but think it will still go ahead.

RJ,

You sure? Are you for the Glazers and what they tried to do with the ESL then?

{Ed014's Note - they’ve just given the Glazers the morale high ground.

Two wrongs don't make a right The Glazers will never have the moral high ground.

{Ed014's Note - when your fans give the written press the opinion they’ve got the moral high ground, that’s what they have no matter what fans think, sadly.

So no match today then, I wonder when it'll be rescheduled.

The thing that should concern the Glazers is the ease at which protesting fans have first entered the training ground and now the stadium.

The only way to gain access to both is the security allowing them access. Which highlights that many people working for the club don't support the Glazers or their actions.

It's one thing having the fans turn against you, it's another level when your own employees do so.

While football does represent an excellent "business" opportunity I do wonder whether they have underestimated the connection the fans have with the club's.

Especially for American owners where club's are franchised, and there isn't the same generational connection between the fans and the club's as there is in England. Where your dad was a United supporters, and your grandad and your great grandad. The history told to us, the stories. When football fans go to games they relive memories of walking the same roads to the stadium that they walked as children with their dad.

You can't put a price on that sort of connection. It has a deep value that goes beyond money.

While I don't agree with actions of some of the protesters today, I do fully agree with the sentiment. This is the only way change will happen at our club. The owners are not going to suddenly have an epiphany and change how they run the club.

They either need to wake up and start running the club with an ambition to win the biggest titles, or they need to ship out. United fans might now be making them make that decision.

GDS, I'm not for the Glazers at all, I also did not want the ESL to happen but there's a limit to how far a protest should be taken on this sort of matter in my opinion. Outside the ground etc, fine, not buying merchandise, fine but what happened today was a step too far.

No doubt some of the people there genuinely believed this was the best or only way to get through to the owners. No doubt there were some who have protested previously and thought they have to do something differently as previous protests haven't got the Glazer's to sell. However, you can bet a lot of the people who got into the stadium are the idiots who are doing it just so they can have something a bit edgy on their Twitter, TikTok or Snapchat. I'm not saying fans shouldn't try, I'm not saying I disagree with the sentiment behind the protests but I do disagree with the way things went today.

The club is a business that is owned by the Glazer's whether we like it or not. The vast majority (which I'm in) would want different ownership, however, there's plenty of questions following that. Who buys the club? What's their background? What happens if the fans don't want them?
