Just saw the post match interview of Rashford! His performance in the final was atrocious, pain or not!

With that out of the way.

Man, what a kid, every single word of his touched the heart really. I hope he stays here through out his career and wins bucketloads of trophies and the highest honors and more importantly, he stays steadfast on this path he's on!

He is a shining light that we all need to try and emulate in our own small ways!

He is a fantastic young man.
I wish for all the above for him too.

That post match interview was embarrassing tbh. Just lip service for me, I didn't see any real meaning or passion, if its all true, show us not say you promise this and that, the guy needs to start working on his football and forget school dinners.

I’m on here every day but very rarely post but I can’t ignore that WRD

I love United but if I have to sacrifice the form of one of our players to help kids get fed I’ll take it every day.

Jesus WRD, fierce harsh that. He's been brilliant for us all season, been shunted about to accommodate others, a lot of the time has been injured and still done the business.

Football means naff all in the grand scheme of things and what he has achieved, feeding kids who haven't a penny to their name, giving millions to those in desperate need is incredible. Just an incredible human being.

So with all due respect, I hope be continues on his path. I'd rather him feed children than win trophies every day of the week and twice on a Sunday.

I have no problem with Rashford's performance in the final. He has been playing with a shoulder injury and clearly needed a rest, but Ole has run players into the ground.
While he didn't have the best game, its up to the manager to recognise that and make a change. He didn't, so that is where the fault lies.

Unfortunately for you WRD, Rashford has achieved more in his 23 years than you probably ever will, so show some respect.

Grimis WRD could be Rupert Murdoch. So Rashford will not do in 2 lives as he has done in 1😂😂. Unfair to make that statement unless you know who WRD is personally.

Grim, Rashford gets paid a hell of a lot of money to be a professional footballer and I'm sick of people making excuses for how poor he has been for a year now, out of position, injured, its Ole fault why he is playing garbage, yadda yadda, this is not just 1 game he's been terrible for a long time.

When he hangs his boots up then go and do what you like with all your focus, when your a footballer playing for United concentrate on that and improving yourself for yourself and the club.

As for your insult, laughable really, same can be said of you and others, though tbh Rash should thank himself lucky he plays for this club, I am all for him doing good if he doesn't take his eye off the ball which he clearly has, excuses or not, he's not performing, hasn't for an age and he gets excused because he's a local lad and English, literally anyone else gets called out playing the way he does and as I said that interview was just bluster from someone who can't back his words up on the pitch, happy for him to prove me wrong at any point in the next 12 months but for me he's not someone who will take us to the heights we need, decent player when he used to be on form, we need more than decent in our first eleven if we are going anywhere.
