I was cock a hoop, united never signed Sheffield Wednesday legend David Hirst. Back in the big Ron era, united were always linked with him, he scored some belters but the guy was like a Tiger tank.

How can anybody be pleased we didn't sign Ronaldinho. Without doubt the most exciting player ever to play the game. Character is questionable, but I'd have loved to see him ripping it up in Manchester.
