Talking about getting new coaches for United, what about getting Berbatov as a first touch coach for teaching the likes of AWB and fred.

How about a substitution coach to decide who and when to make them, however, they need the substitution coach to report to a new in game management coach to review what the substitution coach is suggesting. The in game management coach needs to have oversight, so we need a senior in game management coach to decide if they are right. The senior in game management coach will report to Carrick, who will pass advice on to Phelan and then to Ole, who will then just ask McKenna. This was not working so they appoint a decision coach to stand with Ole and actually decide what he should do.

Add more coaches for Ole, that’s the problem, not enough coaches.

The coaches are inept imo and don't have any proven pedigree.
The style of play is terrible and even after 4 years they have been unable to build an identity.

Far too often we are relying on individual brilliance to win matches.

I was just saying this in humor, we signed a defensive coach recently as well.
I don't understand how a football player cannot improve his first touch, it's not that hard to.

Yes Rohan - these footballers are just really bad. AWB should be playing in the Sunday league and Fred should be running track. The whole football world who gave these players opportunities and kept playing them don’t really understand football. Only you or your sarcasm does!

Ole has become a comedian and the sort of result against Young Boys is not a freak, we actually see it happen frequently. There is too often a new low or unwanted record around the corner with this team.

FootballGoesInCircles, Fred is really bad and not just his first touch. He gets brownie points but he works very hard. But tell me Park Ji Sung worked really hard as well, but was he quality apart from working hard? He definitely was. Cleverley worked really hard but was he quality? No. You need hard workers and you need quality. Fred does not have the quality, he needs to go or be 4th or 5th choice. I don't really care about hard workers one bit, Carrick hardly ran as much yet he was the best midfield player we had last few seasons. Donny is playing well yet he won't get a run. You need 5-6 games as a player to get better and comfortable, Ole is not helping.

AWB on the other hand can still and I hope he will improve. He's defensively amazing, best in the league, his crossing is not as bad as it's made out to be, his first touch is suspect and I'm sure that can be improved. He's a young guy who is still learning.

Haven’t we signed a throw in coach and a set piece coach recently so why not sign some more coaches, a decision making coach, maybe have one of those spinning wheels and Ole goes in the direction it comes to rest at. In fact when we fly to an away game the coaches will fill another plane. All to hide the inadequacy of the manager.

The difference in the real world, the commercial world, they would recognise the manager shortfalls, would not pander to them and would get someone else fully qualified who didn’t require their hand held by so many people.

What is it with desire to hire ex players as coaches. This appears to be part of the problem at Utd.

We need top coach's who are the best in their special-ist area.
