It's all probably been said in other posts, but Ole has gone as far as he can go with this team. He's brought some major positives to the squad in his 3 years but he is so far out of his depth during matches it unreal.
We will not compete or win anything with him in charge.
The problem is, who would we replace him with?

Anyone 2 toms because it would be very difficult for anyone to be any worse then what’s being served up at moment with the tools he as at his disposal, ok we got some poor players but we got some very good ones too, and the very least we should look a bit exciting, just watch other top teams and how quick they get forward and excite the crowd then watch us and think bloody hell how can it be this slow and this boring and why on earth does every player need a extra touch or two or prefer to turn back then go forward, that’s down to the coaching nothing more nothing less, I believe any new manager would get a better tune out of this bunch then Ole and his gang are doing, they are all out of there depth I’m afraid and everyone of them needs to go.

Although Potter plays some good football, it’s a step and half to move to very big clubs and I think he would be swallowed up, be too early for him, it happens to many players let alone managers, I really do think we have a couple now that, that’s happening too, Sancho being one of them, yes he got ability yes he played well in German league, but always had a suspect temperament ask anyone who actually knows him! But I digress the question is who to replace
Conte will win things and stay 2-3 years max brand of football not that great but neither is now and we don’t win things
Zidane will control Ego’s and play attractive football and will certainly win more then Ole if he stayed 4 years
Rodger’s again I think he is at his level with an under dog
Ajax boss technically excellent with good brand of football but for the Premier league I don’t think so, same as VDB is not for premier league.
All others in jobs at moment and won’t be leaving, Poch will be available very soon, but please not him, not one to handle the big ego’s as will be seen very shortly.

Conte.
He will make a team out of us, he might fight and leave in 1-2 seasons, but he's actually a manager who knows how to manage a football team and well.
The lazy players like martial won't get a look in, we will defensively solid, the team will work hard and we will play with width.

I’m just done with this current set up. Ole, his coaching staff and their nothing tactics. The signings have been pretty bang on but the progress on the pitch is non existent.
