There's a good article in BBC Sport today about Laurie Cunningham. Worth a read.
Great player in his day. Lucky enough to see him play. United signed him tail end of his career, he'd had some bad injuries due to having lumps kicked out of him.

That Atkinson West Brom team really were a joy to watch.

Bomber brown and regis were a handful and tony goden was a very underrated keeper.

Goden was a good un. Apologies for that. Derek Statham, when fit, was a hell of a player as well.
Ground breaking team in a lot of ways.

And I was there when they beat us 5-3 at old Trafford. Regis and Cunningham were superb during that match.
