It’s been a strange old week. We’ve had Juventus having real digs at Ronaldo, Carragher sticking the knife into Ole again, Evra talking about one of Moyes’s first team talks that showed he was out of his depth, the madness of Wednesday night, the press sensing that Ole’s time might be coming to an end, rumours of Ole asking the players to trust him, all sorts going on.

Which United will turn up on Sunday? This was always the game for me, 40 miles apart but such different cities, both populations incredibly proud of where they come from. I see Klopp has been whinging about penalties again, can’t say I blame him.

Whatever happens I hope we show the fight and energy we showed in the second half on Wednesday. I don’t mind losing as long as we turn up and get at them. Going down quietly is unacceptable so let’s see some fight. Predictions?

We really have become a circus, we attract plenty of media attention everyone wants to watch us and see what happens. They take delight when it all falls apart.

Who knows, Utd could put in a cracking performance come Sunday. I always used to be nervous ahead of a Liverpool game, now I'm unfazed.

Fernandes could well be injured which although not great would solve issues with Pogba having a more natural position to be put into rather than being forced into CM / LW. Of course though I'd rather Bruno passed the fitness race.

If bruno is injured let's not play him. Keep him on the bench, we start playing football in second half anyway.
I'm against ole when it comes to bringing unfit players to play and give them a long term injury as a gift.
