Just wondering after last night.
Carrick under Ole has taken quite a bit of stick not least on here.
Could it be that he is actually quite good but has just not been listened to by "I believe in myself" Ole?

What do you think happened last night?

{Ed0666's Note - I gave my wife the best four seconds of her life which included foreplay and a cigarette. Who said romance was dead?

Red Whiskey. I was a little mystified by your post. It was not a campaign for Carrick to be touted as managereven as interim until the end of the season. If we don't get a permanent manager by early December, I want to see Rangnick here.

DLIB - A promising spark of light was seen at the end of a very long and dark tunnel. I know, I know, I am well aware it could be an express train rushing towards us. Also to continue the analogy, you can be on the right track, but if you don't move you will still get run down!

Let's be realistic. Villareal are a middle of the table team at best. We took our chances they didn't.

When we play Chelsea and Arsenal we will see then where we are. On current form Chelsea should beat us easily and it depends which Arsenal turns up. If they play properly they will likely beat us too.

That said the beauty of football is that on any given day the best team does not always win.
