He Will cost to much for someone who doesn’t score enough.

Him and the Mrs sound like a right pain. The last thing we need is another disruptive influence in a dressing which is the most united its been for 18 months.

No, Icardi is more trouble than he's worth.

Plus with Rashford, Martial and Greenwood coming through I think we are sorted for strikers whether Lukaku stays or goes.

Personally I think we need a natural wide player who can create from wide to add a something different to our squad. Hirving Lozano would be ideal.

Lozano looks a class act shappy. So much pace, and his energy would make him a great fit for us!

More to the question would you swap the Glazers for the Saudi’s.

Does Lozano not predominantly play from the left Shappy?!

In my opinion we need to prioritise a RW and LCB in the summer. In a perfect world we probably need another CM and cover at full back.

DLIB, he has played 18 times on the right and 12 times on the left so far this season. So he can play equally as well on either side. However, I would not play with a winger in most games.

I have been reading a lot about the concerns after the injuries we've got to Lingard and Martial. Both are huge blows and probably couldn't have come at a worse time but we've shown before under Ole we can still play without those two. My mind goes back to the Arsenal game where our front 3 was Alexis, Lukaku and Lingard. If you put Rashford in place for Lingard then not much else needs to change. My only concern is pushing Rashford our wide again but I feel like it may need to be done as I thought we looked very disjointed against Burnley when we played Lukaku and Rash up top vs Burnley. Would like to know what you all think.

Formation and player selection may be important but just as important is whether we go for it. Imagine a few months ago, we would have played defensively, conceded possession, and parked a couple of busses. But Chelsea are all over the pace right now so we need to go to the jugular irrespective of who is fit and available.

I expect us to play to win, and win or lose, that will continue to build Ole’s reputation.

We need to play to win the game. There may be stages in the game where we don't need to throw men forward.
Ive no doubt ole will send them to attack. He has always maintained that its what he wants the team to do. Winning games of football is not just all out attack its about the right balance. that's what the best coaches do.

If Ole doesn’t stick Herrera on Jorginho, he’s doing it wrong. Once you disrupt him, the entire Chelsea game plan goes to pieces.

Agree Danny - hererra on jorginho but higuain is also to watch; not pacy but can score from anywhere and also will go down if smalling even breathes on him. Chelsea are wounded by the city result so don't expect them to sit back, I reckon they will be well up for it at home. Hope mata is on the bench and not a starter as he really does slow down the game. Will be a busy night for matic and hererra but think we have the players to win and reckon 2-1 to us.

Im not sure herrera should be the man to but on jorginho although i thin k its the right ploy.
I don't think we can allow herrera to vacate the area where hazard mainly operates. He will need to be there to support young or dalot.

I would go for rashford on the left, sanchez through the middle and play lukaku on the right. That kinda set up worked well away to Arsenal! Pogba will also give support to the front three.

I'd put Pogba on Jourgino. I'd also play 442 with a diamond. Sanchez on the tip with Rashford and Lukaku running the channels up front.

I’m sorry, I thought for a second there you suggested we put Pogba man marking somebody? I couldn’t think of a worse idea.

17 Feb 2019 09:24:48
Why's that GDS? I'm sure Pogba would do a good job of nullifying Jourgino and would be in a good position on the pitch to use balls that he won.

I think with Rashford, Sanchez and Lukaku pressing ahead, it could cause Chelsea problems playing out from the back.

I'm not sure Jourgino could do such an effective job on Pogba when we have the ball.

Football can be played in many different ways GDS. Sometimes something different and unexpected can work really well.
