But you cannot possibly expect us to pay sugar daddy salaries? We are a proper football club jred mate. We have to be realistic.

Sydney!

i am being realistic thats why i see us signing gaitan and not hazard or strootman and not martinez.

bayern are a well run club and according to there website gomez signed a £170k a week deal to bring him in line with Schweinsteiger and Franck Ribery.

if you think any of the top players in the world will come to united for 100k i would have to disagree.

Mancini stated that 'strange decisions' have lost man city the title! I couldnt help thinking it was more to do with poor management skills, tevez situation, balotelli's media attention, not to mention training ground bust ups between players and staff. Shows that you can buy players but not a team!

I also thought he might mean soft penalties for utd (QPR, villa). Poor observational skills then, as fergie stated correctly it all evens itself out. Droped points at wigan and newcastle for poor desicions.

He has failed the city fans this season and seems to be clutching at straws for an excuse.

We will never die!

Just seen the gaffers interview with Stuart Gardner for MUTV and when asked about the Pogba situation he said that terms had now been ageed with the agent and it was now down to the player.
I presume that this means the agent has now achieved his goal and and got his pound of flesh.

The Pogba injury is legit. He went over on it pretty bad during the reserve game on Monday. This is a bitter blow for the reserve team who have their national play-off in a couple of week's time.

This Pogba injury is probably a blessing in disguise as the manager will no longer need to select him to keep him happy. I think our midfield will consist of Scholes & Carrick til the end of the season now barring injury. Cleverley will replace Scholes in substitutes. Carrick will need to do it alone. Just four more to go. I think we will see Rooney playing very deep in the next four games almost making it a midfield three with Hernandez/Welbeck upfront. I thought we may play Cleverley, Scholes & Carrick in midfield, but with Pogba and Anderson injured I think we will use Cleverley and Giggs carefully as an injury to either Scholes or Carrick could ruin our season.

the irony of two scousers complaining about plastic fans. When i was a kid in the 80's you couldn't move at school for glory hunting liverpool fans. Most of whom have been very quiet the last twenty years. I'm a united fan because they were the first team i saw. That and Robson was immense. I find it a bit arrogant that two idiots of a mid table nothing club can try and dictate who supports what team. Bet they don't say that to all the irish and welsh liverpool fans who follow their club.

I must admit I hate United with a passion mainly because of their "plastic" fans. The ones who don't come from Manchester but come from the back of beyond, who have all the shirts but never go the games but are always on my case when Liverpool lose. Most Premier league teams have them but United seemed to have more than their fair share of idiots

First post in a while...David Gill has said we will be in for a busy summer with players coming in and out of the club, i dont know what to think of this because hes said this before then we have been quiet on transfers, one player that impressed me the other day was toni kross, his passing and awareness was great, cant see Bayren letting him go though, Ed/Syd your thoughts
