Goodbye Guys, I won't be posting again. Ed 002 has confirmed that I will be removed from the site because I questioned DM's ability to motivate our team.
On that basis I doubt this will appear. Censorship is king.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - No, I did nothing of the sort. You are being removed because you said you would not post again. The posts bleating about Moyes are all on the Other page as I said. I hope it is pig ignorance rather than spite on your behalf that has led you to twist words.}

Come on Paulo.....

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - He has gone Brendan.}

Come on paulo. Please change your mind. We're a family on here and no one should feel the need to leave. Everyone's views are important.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Too late - he has gone and we will not have him back. I am not going to have people twist my words.}

Kinda feel bad as it was his anger at a response to a post from myself which brought this on.

Hi Ed oo2

Could you please explain why my post earlier has been removed.There was nothing that was abusive or offensive otherwise it wouldn''t have been posted in the first place.An explanaition would be nice

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - A lot of posts that should have been put on the Other page ended up on Banter. Any posts that are on the wrong page which either criticised the players or the manager or attracted responses doing so are then deleted.}

Explains why mines was deleted them, cheers for clearing that up ed as I was about to ask myself

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Apologies but it will return to normal when people stop venting.}

Hi Edd 002

Thank you for replying.I don't recall criticising anyone or the team but if I did is that not what a banter site is all about.I read numerous posts on here that criticises individuals in particular the manager

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Read the response.}

Unfortunately my banter reply to Caolans post has also been deleted/omitted. I plead guilty to questioning the ability of David Moyes to motivate his team. If such posts are not allowed then I will leave these pages.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - OK - I will remove you.}

Real easy guys, after bad performances, the criticism of Moyes and the players reaches it's climax. People start talking nonsense and fail to keep their emotions in check.

I wrote a piece earlier about who imo would be the best Moyes replacement, but it seems it attracted nonsense.

Ed002, I know you said that Moyes will get 3 transfer windows to build his new team. Does that mean he has the summer transfer window left ( since 2 are already gone by )? And for next season, if he is to keep his job beyond Christmas, is a top 4 position of a league challenge what is expected of him?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Three from now.}

This page is unnecessarily getting very strict.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - You do nothing but bleat about the Editors and are singularly by far the most guilty of causing posts to be deleted by trying to add your fantasy football teams to them. Perhaps a few days off will help you as well.}

Ive had a couple of rants about the manager etc ed002, and done it on the banter page.
In future for those of us thay struggle to hold it in should we be posting those types of things on the others page or are you saying not at all.
Cheers eds.
And keep up the great work. I kno we can get tetchy especially after crapy results and performanves but we really do.appreciate this site and the work you guys do.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - we post them to the other page, no matter where you post them originally, when they are just whines or moans about results or managers. We have been doing it a while on other sites, it just allows banter to be kept for actual banter, rather than turning into an abuse the useless manager page. Not that I am suggesting Moyes is useless, I would never say anything that good about him myself.....}

Of coarse not cheers ed001

ED is is true that Iker Muniain is on the last year of his contract and might be available for 15 million pounds?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - Yes(ish).}

Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong as my posts haven't gone up. Thanks. DDG1. Maybe they were just too whingey!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - They are probably on the "Other" page.}

Thanks ed002

Ngiak would like to congratulate his most hated enemy for being champions
They are a good tight unit and fantastic attacking play
Scored the most goals and play a high pressing game that's impossible to play against
They just work so hard
Features that ngiak totally does not see in his own club
Well done and well deserved
Ngiak believes Manchester United will compete in 2 seasons
Next year will be fun

Yet more media rumours about Barca releasing Fabregas this Summer. I don't believe it, particularly as Barca are banned from trading for a while!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Pedro, Fabregas and Song are all apparently surplus to requirements and will be moved on to raise some funds if the ban doesn't stand. Between them they would raise upwards of £70 million for Barcelona and none of them are particularly loved by the fans or are first team regulars. I would love to see us go in with a big bid for the first two - Song, not so keen.

Agree0 Disagree0

No, no they aren't. they have appealed it.

GCU

Grow up and stop being so bitter and have a beer? Lol that made me laugh ill give u that. We just want to see our team managed the right way and playing the right way we all pay enough each year to see it.

Katef

If fans don't agree with moyes being manager that's their opinion u can't slate people for their opinion we just want what's best for our club but some people have different agendas. The majority on the site are on the same page apart from u and maybe GCU. Perhaps your Jimmy lumsden and Steve round in disguise. Lol

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I have slated when people need it lol and yes I must admit I am optimistic at were we will end up with Moyes it is most definitely not in hell burning to death for eternity, So I say we will have a huge influx of world class players through the youth system and transfers I think Wilson and Pearson will step up with Januzaj I think Carvalho is in the bag and I think Shaw could well be to and I should imagine one of Garary, Mangala or even Hummels to come in there is know way Nike will sign over 600m and not see a vast amount put into the team which it needs so I will still support him if by next season things have gone from bad to worse then I will say I was wrong but until then I will stay optimistic ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

Katef

We may see the influx of a few top.players. We may also see of the more promising younger players promoted. However, the issue is whether DM can get the best out of them. I am also optimistic about the quality of the squad next year but I am not optimistic about our prospects. Real Madrid have shown over the years that signing the best players in the world does not guarantee success. Liverpool's squad is nowhere near as talented at City's or Chelsea's yet they are right up there leading the way. The issue that was being discussed was DM's conservative approach and his comments that suggest he has not grasped what the United job is about yet. Trying to stop Newcastle, aspiring to be as good as City, doing our best, Liverpool are favourites, to name but a few. I really hope DM goes on to be a success for us but his mental attitude is holding both him and us back

Agree0 Disagree0

Katef

We may disagree but I am optimistic that with better players even Moyes will get an improvement next season. I actually think we would get fourth next season with Moyes in charge.

My cynicism comes from what I have seen from this standard of manager before. In 77 Sexton took over the cup winning fast footballing side and introduced some really good players and couldn't win the league or even play good football. Every Spring we would have the Old Trafford publicity machine telling us next season he would get it right. Yet patently you could see he wasn't the right manager for United, either in his football style or his personality. I see the same in Moyes, from his style on the pitch to his personality off it. I don't see Moyes getting us over the line to win a big prize because he lacks that bite, he has divided the fans and according to some the players and that does not bode well. We often heard that SAFs teams had his own personality on the pitch, well now we have Moyes and sure we are trying and hoping whilst with SAF we were out there to knock them off that perch. The attitude we have now has allowed us to be knocked off ours whilst we aspire to be City, recognise the Scouse to be favourites. It is the wrong mindset. I watched years of it under Sexton when we knew it wasn't the right fit and I feel I am watching it again. We disagree but that's my opinion.

Agree0 Disagree0

And valid opinion Redman yes we can compare situations but I don't think the two are related different times different people and I do think he can get it right I guess one of us will be wrong and one will be right and I hope as you probably do aswell being united fans that he does make a good job of it and you are way off the mark

Agree0 Disagree0

Redman . I have been saying the same all season it has reminded me of the sexton era the style of the play and his demeanour . Like you I can't see it I can't see it changing even if we buy some good players in the summer as it didn't when sexton brought in the some good players. I remember sexton getting rid of Gordon hill who was top scorer at the time and a flair player also getting rid of a young Andy Ritchie a local lad who had scored a couple of attricks and buying gary birtles who didn't score a league goal for 12 months.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pancho

I know and cannot believe those in the club with experience of McGuiness and particularly Sexton are unable to see this. There are too many parallels with Sexton and if Moyes is retained I fear the rebirth of Liverpool, Chelsea under Mourinho and City"s plan backed by money will see us fighting for the fourth place trophy next season. If Moyes is retained this summer then I fear mediocrity will be upon us. Even a positive result today should not change a thing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Katef, I don't think we'll find it easy to sign the absolute to players we need.
But even if we did, I don't believe for one moment that Moyes is the man to gel them together and turn them into winners.
He's had 12 years of management to win something, league cup even, and not done it.
He is a very negative manager and negative people don't win anything. I know I am very critical of him and his useless management team, but it is hard to watch our great club being dragged through the mud by this total incompetent person.
You can put the best squads together, see barca and city, but if the manager cannot get them to gel and play positive, aggressive football, then you can spend £400m and not win.
The change will only come when we have a man in charge who is a winner, and the board and owners know they've made a monumental cock up in appointing Moyes.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd like to ask Kate, what in moysies career makes her think he can turn it around and have us play great football, what in his career and speeches has instilled such confidence in her that he can do what he has never done before, the players don't believe it why do you, listening to Rodgers today, he said he's still looking for performance at this stage before results but at the moment they are getting both, compare that with our manager who just hopes we can contain Newcastle and aspire to be as good as city, what you call optimism looks to me like blind faith based on no evidence or reality.

Agree0 Disagree0

Spot on Red Man. Wrong man. Period.
